he Baptist School of public Health (BSPH) in affiliation with the University of Zimbabwe
(UZ) is requesting
applications from suitably qualified candidates interested to be trained in
Bachelor of Science Honours in
Occupational Therapy (BSc HOT) Degree program.
Course duration: 4 years’ semester program
Exit qualification: Upon completion, student will be awarded a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree
in
Occupational Therapy (BSc HOT).
Fees: The fees for
year is eight hundred and thirty thousand francs (83o 000 frs). This excludes
_each
accommodation fees- Students are responsible for their accommodations and
feeding whil’b at Mutengene or during
internship and any other practical sessions.
Minimum requirements for Application & Admission criteria.
Admission into the occupationai Th”.apy training progmm will require a pass in
at least 3 science papers at the
‘
GCE A/L in any of the following: Chemistry, Physics,lfiathematics, Fufther
Mathematics and Biology.
Aspiring candidates should submit the following:
Filled Application forms obtainable from BSPH or Downloadable from BSPH website
A
of a receipt of a non-refundable application fee of .10,000FRS CFA which is paid into
account 7061001638 in any CBC institutions.
Photocopies of the required documents (GCE Advanced Level Certificates,
transcripts of any certificate,
Birth certificate and national Identity card).
Candidates must ensure that their aipticaiion form carries their email address,
